Indulge in the perfect winter evening dining experience with our new Àclèaf x The Àclèaf Book Menu event throughout January and February 2026.

Discover much-loved recipes from MICHELIN Star restaurant Àclèaf, nestled at the heart of the Boringdon Hall hotel in Plymouth, Devon.

From page to table

Curated by Head Chef Scott Paton, the Àclèaf x The Àclèaf Book Menu features four dishes drawn from the celebrated recipes within the Àclèaf Book – the beautifully bound keepsake documenting the journey, inspiration and culinary philosophy of Àclèaf.

With each course, guests receive a recipe card highlighting the care, technique, and craftsmanship involved in each creation. This thoughtful detail allows each dish to be experienced on a deeper level, offering the chance to savour Àclèaf’s signature flavours while discovering the story and artistry behind each plate – all enjoyed in luxurious, intimate surroundings overlooking the grandeur of the Great Hall in Boringdon Hall hotel.
