Àclèaf earns MICHELIN Star for fourth consecutive year
We are extremely proud to announce that Àclèaf has once again been recognised by The MICHELIN Guide, earning our MICHELIN Star for the fourth consecutive year. This esteemed accolade is testament to the consistency and craftsmanship at the heart of Àclèaf guided by the vision and leadership of Head Chef Scott Paton.
Since receiving our first MICHELIN Star in 2023, we have continued to follow our clear and considered ethos of truth with elegance: creating unforgettable dining experiences where each dish is carefully composed, inspired by the seasons, and crafted from the finest ingredients the South West has to offer.
"We are profoundly honoured and grateful to have earned our MICHELIN Star for the fourth consecutive year. This milestone is a reflection of the extraordinary passion, creativity, and tireless effort poured in by every member of our team. To my talented chefs, dedicated staff, and everyone behind the scenes: thank you from the bottom of my heart for your unwavering commitment. Congratulations on this well-deserved triumph, we've done it again, and I couldn't be prouder to share this journey with you all." Àclèaf Head Chef Scott Paton.
