An ode to dessert at Àclèaf
For just six evenings this October, discover An ode to dessert, a limited-edition tasting menu at Àclèaf, created in honour of National Dessert Day.
Set within the historic surrounds of Boringdon Hall, Àclèaf is a MICHELIN Star and 4 AA Rosette restaurant in Devon. Here, our team creates seasonal menus shaped by precision, imagination and the finest ingredients from across the region, overseen by Chef Patron Scott Paton.
This October, we invite guests to experience An ode to dessert, a bespoke menu that celebrates the elegance of the final course, placing creativity and flavour at the heart of the evening.
Available only from 13th to 18th October 2026, the menu has been specially crafted to mark National Dessert Day on 14th October, giving guests just a few evenings to savour luxury dining in Devon through the distinctive dishes of Àclèaf.
Across six courses, our chefs explore the realms of sweetness, creating a dining experience where warmth, texture, acidity, richness and savoury depth work together to surprise from the very first course.
“In honour of National Dessert Day, we’re celebrating the final course with our new tasting menu, An ode to dessert. We've homed in on the natural sweetness of each ingredient to create dishes that feel beautifully balanced and perfectly suited to the occasion.” - John Brimicombe, Head Pastry Chef
